Short version: we collect your email so we can send you what you asked for. We do not sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
When you download a free sample or join the list, we collect your email address, and your first name if you give it.
When you buy something, our payment processor collects your name, email, billing address and card details. We never see your full card number.
When you visit the site, we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and how you arrived. We use advertising cookies from Meta to measure whether our ads work.
Who else touches it
Shopify runs the store and processes payments. MailerLite sends the emails. Meta receives measurement data about ads. Google Analytics measures site traffic. Each of these has its own privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to data brokers.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it works immediately.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@clearlinegroup.ca and we will do it within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not have to explain why.
You can refuse advertising cookies through the banner on the site, or through your browser settings.
Where we are
Clearline Group is a Canadian business and we follow PIPEDA, Canada's federal privacy law. We sell to buyers in the United States as well, and the same rules apply to everyone: your information is yours.
