The things people write in about

You bought something and the download did not arrive. Send us the email address you used to buy and we will send the files straight to you. You do not need an order number, though it helps if you have it.

You want a refund. Say so and we will do it. You have 14 days and you do not have to give a reason. Full details are on the refunds page.

The file will not open, or a formula looks wrong. Tell us what you are opening it in, Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or something else, and what you are seeing. If it is our mistake we will fix the file and send the corrected one to everybody who bought it.

You want off the email list. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email and it works immediately. If it does not, tell us and we will remove you by hand.

You want to know what we hold about you. Ask, and we will tell you within 30 days, correct it or delete it, whichever you want. No charge and no explanation needed. The privacy page has the detail.

Who we are

Roughly Right is a brand of Clearline Group, a Canadian business based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We sell digital files: spreadsheets and printable PDFs. There is nothing to post, so there is no shipping address to give you and no parcel to track.

We do not have a phone line. One person answers the email, which is slower than a call centre and considerably more useful.
