Refund policy

You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund, and you do not have to give a reason.

Email hello@clearlinegroup.ca from the address you used to buy, or tell us that address. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

You can keep the files. Asking for them back would be theatre, and we would rather you kept something useful than felt bad about it.

If something did not work, telling us what went wrong helps us fix it for the next person. It is not a condition of the refund.

Everything we sell is a digital file. There is nothing to post back and no restocking fee.
